With over 18 years of hands-on clinical experience, a deep foundation in biochemistry, and more than a decade working directly in the peptide and hormone space, Sarah brings rare real-world depth to peptide education.
Known early in her career as “The Gene Queen,” Sarah built her clinical reputation translating complex molecular and genetic concepts into practical, patient-centered solutions. Her work at the intersection of biochemistry, clinical nutrition, peptides, and bioidentical hormones has informed thousands of patient protocols and shaped innovative products used across wellness, medical, and performance settings.
Her clinical insights have translated into meaningful industry innovations, including founding a medical food company focused on addressing medication-induced nutrient depletions (M.I.N.D.), as well as authoring the acclaimed children’s microbiome book Buddies in My Belly. Sarah also holds multiple patents, including nutritional adjuvants designed to support immune response, reflecting her ability to bridge rigorous science with practical application.
At Amino Academy, Sarah teaches peptides mechanism-first, not marketing-first, helping clinicians and advanced learners understand how peptides work, when to use them, how to track outcomes, and how to apply them responsibly in real-world settings. Her instruction blends biochemistry, clinical reasoning, and responsibility drawing from nearly two decades of practice and innovation.
Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. A lifelong learner, she remains deeply engaged in emerging research and clinical advancements. Above all, Sarah is passionate about elevating peptide education; equipping practitioners with clarity, confidence, and scientific integrity in a rapidly evolving field.
