By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms in full.

2. Educational Purpose & Medical Disclaimer

All content provided by Amino Academy is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site or within our courses constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Practitioners and clinicians are solely responsible for their own clinical decisions and patient care.

3. Course Access & License

Upon purchase, Amino Academy grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view course content for your own educational use. You may not share, resell, or distribute course materials, reproduce or repost videos, PDFs, or other materials, use course content to create competing educational products, or share your account login credentials with others. Course access is lifetime for paid enrollments and includes all future updates to existing modules.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within our courses — including videos, written materials, graphics, PDFs, and course structure — is the intellectual property of Amino Academy and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

7. Refund Policy

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform, post or transmit harmful or misleading content, or impersonate Amino Academy, its instructors, or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amino Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable course.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
