At Amino Academy, we stand behind the quality of our courses and are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested.

1. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this 7-day window will not be eligible.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with the following:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Course Access After Refund

Upon approval and processing of a refund, your access to the course and all associated materials will be revoked. Downloaded or saved materials must be deleted.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request
  • Free courses or complimentary access granted at no charge
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions

6. Corporate or Group Purchases

Refund requests for corporate or group access packages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss.
